Tuesday, December 30, 2008 /Last day

The first few days of the trip was really tiring and i felt like coming back home. However, the more the days, the more i did not feel like coming back to Singapore. Till the very last day...

This was on the Sunday, 28 dec. My flight was at 11pm so we reached the airport at about 8plus. The person at the counter suddenly said the flight was cancelled due to the plane needing its maintenance/repair. So it was postponed to 7am the next morning. Due to this, they HAD to provide us with a hotel nearby.

The next morning, everybody woke up at 4, got ready and rushed to the lobby for the bus. It was told by the lobby people that the flight was again cancelled, postponed to 1.55 in the afternoon. Wth, they got this news at 2am and didn't even inform us. Morning call was not given either since they wanted us to just sleep since the flight was cancelled. I mean, don't we have our own alarms? Gosh! This matter had made most of us agitated and we decided to write a complain letter.

This was when i missed home. You know the feeling when your home is just there but you can't reach there?

The hotel also promised to provide us with breakfast. So, at 8, we went down to eat. They had a sign that says 'delayed flight' and it was pasted on a room's door. This ROOM was the place we're suppose to have our free breakfast. It was separated from the main restaurant and the food we had was only : porridge, boiled eggs, salty vegetables, fried rice with just a little egg. This is it!

Because of this, my family went out for breakfast at KFC.

Finally, we reached the airport , checked in, had our lunch at Kenny rogers!! haha. Everything went well till we reached the place to get into the airplane, saw our tour guide and she told us the flight was a transferred flight. This plane was going to xiamen first before going to Singapore. We had to do a transfer. Damn airchina! I'm never going to take Airchina ever again. Guys, if you see me innocently taking AirChina, please stop me. i beg you lol.

Now, i'm finally back home but i miss BeiJing.
